Rushi Patel
Rushi Patel has been in the financial service industry since he got a job as an advisor at Merrill Lynch, back in 2006. He holds a Series 65 license, as well as Accident, Life, and Health insurance licenses. Additionally, he has a degree in Economics from Rutgers University.

Rushi lives in central New Jersey with his wife and infant daughter. He (obviously) spends his free time with them. He enjoys traveling when he can.

Alondra Pegueros Mendez
Alondra Pegueros Mendez began working with Fairbridge Retirement Solutions as our Events and Scheduling Manager in 2024. Her responsibilities include answering client calls, reaching out to prospects who want to attend seminars, scheduling appointments, and making sure events run smoothly. She began working with us in order to build upon her professional experience and knowledge as well as build connections; she enjoys being able to meet with and teach new people.
Alondra was born in Mexico and is a part of Wind of the Spirit, an immigrant organization that helps individuals receive legal help with their immigration status. She has taken the opportunity to share her story at public speaking events–you can learn more here.
Alondra has a real estate license and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. She’s confident, well-spoken, driven, and ambitious, with a desire to learn. When not working at our offices, she spends her time looking for new clients for her real estate business, or working part time as a server at Roots Steakhouse. In her free time, she enjoys basketball, painting and sketching, deep cleaning and organizing, cooking, and reading.
